Oh sweetheart, I am sorry I missed that all this was going on. Of course I know exactly how you feel and even though it may not seem like it right now, things will get easier. Believe me. I am here if you ever need to talk. *hugs you so tight*

I honestly think things will just get harder before they get easier. Dad can't afford the house, so that means selling and finding him somewhere else. He doesn't want to move here and is leaning towards an assisted living/nursing home. But that means selling furniture, household goods, the house and moving him--something I'm not mentally or physically equipped for. It just all makes me want to scream and because all of this is looming over me, not to mention my own lack of income, I can't even concentrate on mourning her. *sigh*

*hugs back*

Unfortunately you are right. Things will get harder and you will feel overwhelmed. But one day maybe a month form now, amybe 2 maybe 6 who knows; you all of a suddne realize that maybe it hurts just a little less. I know that is not very comforting but I went through what you are and I can only speak from experience. You are a very strong person and I know you will get through this. But is there any family members you can ask for help? You shouldn't have to deal with everything on your own.

Nope. No family members. I'm an adopted only-child. I've even told my birth mother what is going on and she's ignored me. So I guess I get where I truly stand there as well.

It all falls on me. Granted, dad's still got all his good sense, but he's not the business-minded one. That was mom. He can do stuff, of that I have no doubt. But he's not used to it and when there's no money, there's not much choice. It just makes everything that much harder.
