Indeed... $150US and nothing more than a regular paid account. I did not buy my permanent account for I was hospitalized, it is my Dad and cousin who offered it to me as a "get well" gift. By myself I would not have bought it for hte huge lack of "extras" and also because I feel obligated to keep my account forever...

By the way did you get my 2 e-mails on Friday/Saturday? Not that you have to reply fast or anything, but G-mail has some hobbits hidden in his belly and they tend to eat my letters for 2 months!

I'm glad they got you the permenant account. I would love to have had one but I just didn't have the money. :(

Yes, I have them and hope to have time to answer them tonight. I'm trying really hard to take care of communities and get my icons done for the challenge. Sorry I'm so slow. :(

I might be stupid but I continue hoping that somehow LJ will give us something special to permanent account... Am I too hopeful as usual?

No, no, no! Take your time! You can take 2 weeks if you need to reply or you can decide not to reply. I will not be offended. I am just very careful since G-mail has played tricks on me... And when my best friend called me with a panicky voice to know if I got sicker or if I am hospitalized and I did send her e-mails but G-mail did not deliver them, it feels bad...

I'd think that if enough of permanent account holders complained long enough and loud enough, you guys would eventually get something. At least I'd hope so.

And understandable on the mails. I'll get to them--I promise!
