Oh but aren't they worth that price?

I'd be bidding too, but i was lucky enough to be sent one via the Cameron Crowe Hi-Fi team, signed to me.

I think for SOME reason he liked my name-"Claire"! lol- I'd already seen the pictures from the book on here, and it was so nice of you to do that! Still, theres nothing like holding a hard copy- its beautiful.

You're so sweet to be keeping people up to date on the ones floating about! :D

LOL Lucky you!!

I just really, really love this film! It's honestly my favorite. Maybe partially cause half the film is my home. And it was special to have him here. But the story was just so sweet and perfect. I just like to spread the love. ;)

Oh i agree! I'm an enourmous Cameron Crowe fan, but Elizabethtown was just so incredibly sweet- i adore it.

I just guess its one of those films you either really love like us, or really don't understand the beauty of, and dislike. What matters is that its a personal story thats beautifully told, and I love it to pieces!!

I agree! A lot of people didn't give it a chance because of the reviews. But every single person I told to go see it--LOVED it. I saw it 18 times at the theatre and Roy went with me 11 of those times. Hell, his mom even went 3 times and she *never* does anything like that.

Maybe we who call ourselves southerners *get* it more than others. *shrugs* I dunno, but I *do* know I ADORE it. It's my favorite. :)
